I find those membership clubs are only worth it if you’re buying the biggest amounts of an item. It’s good if you have a business, share products or have a big family. I have a membership to one her in the states but only use it a few times a year. It’s just me so a lot of the items are too much to be worth the price. The grocery stores are cheaper and most have some sort of rewards program that makes it worth shopping there. Good to know that Russia is just like being here in the states.

A few years bakc I visited Russia and loved the food, it still tastes like proper food should. My greatest disappointment with the trip was that there was no visit to a supermarket in the itinery. We were able to have free time in St Petersbug but it was a bit daunting to do this as a solo traveller. So thank you very much for the shopping trips. Mangoes are expensive.
This looks similar to our American Sam's Club and Costco stores. Buy in buls and save a bit.
Milkyway 500 R eq 6.55 usd . Snickers 1436R eq 18.81 usd. I can't find the regular M&M's at my markets. 76.34 R per dollar today . Mango Mix 263 R eq 3.45 usd. White mushrooms 449 R eq 5.88 usd. I love all the machines you have. They should pay us to use auto check out . People worried about not having jobs, the machines are taking over?

I love your shopping but it is so frustrating. What is sourced in Russia. Does Georgia and Black Sea produce all salad goods. Do the great rivers (Lena etc) produce all fish, Many would think that with the exception of tropical like bananas you don't need to actually import any food at all.

I see you have pickers for groceries for people to pick up without having to shop. These pickers cut us off in the aisles also. I personally like picking out my own produce and meats.

I paid $12.00 for a 2lb beef rump roast this week in Pittsburgh. Cut it up and made beef stew on a cold snowy day.
I went shopping today I spent £50
I spend anywhere between £50 to £80 a week on food
I also enjoy the shopping trips. It’s like Costco or BJs Wholesale Club here on New York.. I could spend hours browsing there😀.
