how old is simone biles

Simone Biles is a 4’8″ powerhouse of Olympic proportions. Despite her relatively small stature, she has won 4 gold medals and 1 bronze in the Rio Olympics Games so far.

But what’s made her such a force to be reckoned with? It might have something to do with the tiny tweaks that she does before each competition.

Here are some of them:

1) She always wears socks and shoes when tumbling or practicing on the balance beam because it helps keep blood from pooling in her feet

2) To help reduce shin splints, she uses an ice pack after every practice session

3) For more flexible hamstrings, Simone stretches for 10 minutes every day

Simone Biles net worth is $500,000. Simone won four gold medals at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and she has been a floor exercise specialist since 2013 when she was 14 years old.

She also competed on “Dancing with the Stars” for season 23 of the show but didn’t win her partner or herself very far.

This post is about Simone Biles, her life and what she does in order to be the best at gymnastics.

However, it’s not just all work for this 24-year old Olympian – sometimes you have to take a break and relax with your friends. She can often be found hanging out with Aly Raisman or Madison Kocian.

Even though Simone is a fierce competitor, she’s more than happy to share her love of the sport with others. For example, when she isn’t competing or practicing you can find her out coaching and teaching children how to do gymnastics.

“I’ve always been more of a powerhouse, and I think that’s why floor is my favorite event. It tests everything.” -Simone Biles

She is the most followed athlete at the Olympics and has been winning gold medals in gymnastics since she was six years old. But did you know that her instagram handle (@simonebiles) is different than her twitter handle (@simone_biles)?

It turns out that @simonebiles was taken by a 13-year-old girl named Simone who had to give it up for our favorite olympian! How do I know this? Well, I’m getting my degree in computer science…

I’ve compiled some of my favorite quotes from Simone to share with you guys today because I think they’re just really motivating! They’ll make you want to go out there and do your best!

“It’s never been about the size of your body, but what you do with it.”-Simone Biles

“I think that anyone can be anything they want to be. As long as they put in the work and have a good attitude, I don’t see why not.” -Simone Biles

“My whole life, I was the smallest kid in my class. People always told me that there were limits to what I could do because of how small I am.”-Simone Biles

“If you believe in yourself and have a good attitude, anything is possible.” -Simone Biles

“I don’t want anyone telling me that being short is a disadvantage. I’ve never let it affect me.” -Simone Biles

“I remember the first day of elementary school, my teacher asked who wanted to be president one day and everyone raised their hand except for me. All those kids thought they could do something that I knew was impossible because I am so small.”- Simone Biles

“I don’t think about what I can’t do, but rather all the things that I have done and accomplished.”- Simone Biles

“For me, it was like ‘Wow! Someone who’s my height did this!'” -Simone Biles

The Theater Movie:

Critics say Simone Biles is not a newborn celebrity and her life story has been covered extensively in the news.

As such, it’s unlikely that a theater movie will be profitable because it is an “old” story. But yet and still rumor has it Katie Shallenberger is in talks with Universal Pictures to create a movie based on her life.

There is no official word on whether or not this rumor has any truth to it.

Simone Biles has been outspoken on her personal views on the movie titled The Simone Biles Story: Courage to Soar for years now — voicing a desire to not have it made.

A possible reason for this specifically in regards to what she wants people’s perception of her and aware of what happened during her story will be skewed if the movie did come out because it would “explain” before showing what actually happened with her story.

Moreover, recent lawsuits further solidified that we won’t see any major movies about or including activites related to Simone until things are over with legal-wise (which includes all social media activity!).

This was due in part to the recent lawsuit filed by Simone’s former coach, Aimee Boorman that alleged a breach of confidentiality.

Aimee Boorman Lawsuit:

“Kathleen Rowe, a friend of Ms. Biles since 2011 and an employee of the United States Gymnastics Association from 2013 until 2016 when she left to work for Simone’s personal coach Aimee Boorman.” “Ms. Rowe was fired by Mr. Bellar in or about November 2017 for reasons related to her work with Ms. Biles and Coach Boorman.”

“Ms. Rowe had a contract with the U.S.Gymnastics Association that said she couldn’t say anything negative or disparaging about Mr Bellar, Simone’s former coach Aimee Boorman, or their business partners (including Twistars, a gymnastics training center) publicly.”

“Ms. Rowe says that Mr Bellar made false claims about her involvement in the production of Simone’s biography and breached their agreement by disparaging her to others as being involved with litigation against him for wrongful termination or its equivalent.”
