  1. A friend of mine and I just saw Infinity War, and he hadn't seen the Black Panther movie. I don't know what he was watching about it, but he was thinking it was some SJW glory fest and talked about some scene where the "White guy gets shouted down" and I had a bit of a tiff with him. He somehow thought that Bucky was a slave of Wakanda. Yes, I know there was violence at some of the Black Panther showings, but we don't live in an area where that would be an issue, and I'm not going to judge a movie based on a hand full of nutjobs. Uhg! I do know what scene he was referring to, and gave him a healthy dose of context – and regarding Bucky, I pointed out he's been there since the end of Civil War and is most certainly NOT a slave… what would the Wakandans need slaves for anyway? I think he's been spending too much time absorbing other peoples' opinions without looking into things himself.

I was actually quite pleased that Black Panther isn't a whole SJW/BlackLives movie. Honestly, I don't think it would be as popular if it was. What I saw in the movie, was about a people who have traditionally been isolationist, struggling with very valid ideas about How much do they involve themselves in the world and how do we maintain who we are if we open ourselves up? For T'Chala, he has to come to terms with not only the mantle of leadership and making decisions, but the consequences of those choices he makes, and how much does the sins of the father come down on him? In the case of Killmonger and his dad – being radicals – the idea of just arming every underdog (particularly black people here) is not a good or right decision. I like that this story didn't have all the answers. It raised very good questions, but at the end of the day I do not agree 100% with T'Chala on all his choices, nor do I think Killmonger was completely in the wrong, he did say some grains of truth in the course of the film.

Judging it as a movie, it was very well done and well deserves its place in the MCU

  2. So let me get downgrade the movie because of it's SJW elements?? Almost like me saying, if any asian actors..automatic deduction. Now that's totally fair.

At any rate, although there were some political moments that made squirm only because I wanted everyone one to feel comfortable..i think the movie tended to go there tastefully well. Additionally i think it was great thought provoking movie that serves as great example of when Edu-Tainment is done right.

  3. This was one of the worst reviews of this movie I have seen. I had to stop half way through because I couldnโ€™t take it anymore. From the beginning he was getting facts about the characters and Wakanda just flat out wrong. Check your information before you make a video. Your tone isnโ€™t what makes conversation intelligent and engaging. Itโ€™s the accuracy of information you are sharing.

  4. For what it's worth, I'm from Africa. Nigeria to be precise, and the accent changes didn't bother me because it's a fantasy interpretation of an African country. There isn't a single country on the planet that has one universal accent. in the USA, people from down south don't speak like people from the west coast.

  5. The movie was good but not as good as the hype made it out to be. I had high hopes for the movie. the sjw stuff injected was annoying. The fight scenes were not that good, the choreography was not done well. It was way to chaotic and didnโ€™t flow

  6. I think the biggest obstacle for Black Panther is that it arrived so late in the MCU storyline. The movie was very good but ultimately very similar to other dozen+ movies in the series. It does add nicely to the tapestry though and the Black Panther will be a fine addition to the Avengers in Infinity War.

  7. So far the most fair review on the net! 7/10 from my side! enjoyable movie but some character were a little too much ( … his sister,..)! weirdly the movie wasn't really about Black Panther as much as it's about Wakanda and Wakandian culture and the villains!

  8. the marvel of now is not the same as the marvel of old.. marvel is garbage now. disney owns marvel. looks like you want to find out the hard way. Boycott anything disney and marvel until they are no more. both marvel and DC are garbage . they are both run by SJW, Liberals , Feminists, and the LGBT. that destroyed those comics and movies. marvel and DC are propaganda tools used by the Liberal left to brainwash weak minded stupid people .
    ๐Ÿ‘ MAGA ๐Ÿธ ๐Ÿ‘Œ

  9. I loved the movie. It was pretty much what I wanted before the hype even started. Great characters, music, action, and the costumes were very well done. I respectfully disagree about the SJW stuff. A lot of things Kilmonger was saying made sense without getting into spoilers, but he was more of an Afro-centrist radical. Best marvel villain to date imo. Freeman AKA the White guy lol always appeared in the comics, and his role was more important than just being a token character, but again just my opinion. For the negatives, I thought the first action scene was too dark and suffered from the quick camera cuts which I hate, and I thought the final fight between Black Panther and Kilmonger was very lackluster especially considering there was a much more interesting battle happening at the same time. Overall I thought the movie was great, but I'm also a fan of action and marvel movies. Top 3 MCU movie for me. 9/10

  10. What's great is that Black Panther, the superhero. His leadership kinda reminds me of someone. His name is Donald Trump. Black Panther puts his people first. Donald Trump puts Americans first. There's relatable leadership skills between this superhero and the current President. Killmonger for me is the leftist activist who you can see provides solid points but doesn't have any ideological sense of how the world really works.

  11. People say a lot about SJW stuff, but I saw a whole lot of conservatism in the film. Everyone in the film, including the main character, was conservative in the beginning. In the end the main guy gets less conservative, to the possible detriment to his country. Micheal B Jordan was cool in this movie. He was crazy, but cool lol.
