I went to Umeda in Osaka, Japan. I was there for a day or so before my friend told me there was a Mall underground. I kept seeing stairways underground but they reminded me of subway access in NYC, but it was a huge mall with access to streets all over the city. I was walking around topside in the July heat like a chump.
